Tips to make money from paid online surveys

I would say that online surveys are not get rich schemes as many scam sites claim. I have been searching the net for more than 3 years and I have wasted my time with ptc sites, surveys and etc. So I want to place a clear picture in front of this blog reader. There are some facts and tips which you should keep in mind while deciding to make money with online surveys, which are compiled in this post. I would appreciate your comments in this regard, as it would help us learn more about the topic.

Tips:

Don't expect to make a lot of cash from paid online surveys. Its an easy way of making pocket money. You will earn money taking online surveys, and you will hear of people making up to $150 an hour or more, but ignore that. Somebody might make that with a unique survey program that they found, but your average will be about $1 - $5 a survey.

Each survey takes on average around 10 to 15 minutes to complete, you won't make a lot of money, but any extra cash is a help to pay for groceries or save it up for something special. Remember its all for free and the great part is all you need is your opinion.

To start to earn money taking online surveys for cash, you have to find a good paid survey directory. These will offer a variety of paid online surveys, and while some will pay cash for surveys, others will offer you free goods for surveys. Don't be upset if you are offered free goods, because these can be sold on eBay at a good profit, and often earn you more than if you were paid for a cash survey.

The more survey panels you join, the number of surveys you will receive will increase too, in a month or 2 you could be receiving 4 or 5 or more surveys in your email box.

* Tips from eHow are:

# Don't pay for anything! You shouldn't have to pay for anything, some sites ask you to subscribe for certain offers in order to complete the task, i personally don't do that at all, but if you do that's your choice. Better to look for a free offer.
# Read the privacy policies. It's very tempting to just check the "I read and agree to the terms" but you really want to understand them before you sign up and give your info out to anyone.
# Use an email address that you don't mind possibly being spammed, or create a free new one.
# This list will not work for everyone! They've simply helped me out a lot.
# If something doesn't look right or is too good to be true, it probably is, so always look into the site first.
